5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

• Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Footwear must be tried on indoors only.
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned unless defective: used Footwear, opened Sleep Systems & Camp Kitchen items, “Final Sale” products, and personalized gear.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
